1. Selling on AuraMarket

You must be a registered business entity or individual with valid tax documentation (GST/PAN) to sell on our platform.

2. Order Fulfillment

Easy Ship: You agree to have packages ready by the scheduled pickup slot.
Self Ship: You agree to provide valid tracking numbers within 24 hours of dispatch.

3. Returns & Refunds

Sellers must accept returns for defective or damaged items within the standard return window (7-30 days).

4. Payouts

Payouts are processed 7 days after product delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
